This wine comes entirely from Martian Ranch Vineyard, located in the Alisos Canyon AVA. Farmed biodynamically since its inception, Martian Ranch is a truly special site. The fruit was hand-harvested early in the season to preserve natural acidity and brightness, then aged on its primary lees in neutral French oak for 8 months to build structure and complexity while maintaining lift.
